Rachel Borgman has been working with Brouk Moves for more than ten years. She has a BFA in Dance from Stephens College and is a group fitness professional and personal trainer. Rachel is also a Radio City Rockette, which makes her the perfect trainer for someone who wants high-energy aerobic workouts. Rachel’s focus is tonwork on alignment and awareness of the body. She likes to use hands on stretching along with the skills she has learned from practicing yoga to help create a more flexible and relaxed body and mind. Rachel works closely with Tricia and her client to create a workout that they enjoy in addition to meeting their personal goals.
