Dana Boll has been an ACE-Certified personal trainer since 2012 and also holds an ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialty Certification. After conquering her own chronic back pain through physical therapy exercises, yoga, and working in correct alignment, Dana became inspired to help others achieve physical wellness. She brings an encouraging, positive energy into the room and loves helping people meet and exceed their fitness goals. Dana holds an interdisciplinary degree in dance, performance studies and writing from NYU, where she received training in modern dance, ballet and ideokinesiology, and began practicing Pilates and yoga. She is a choreographer and playwright.
