Chris McMillan is a NYC based dancer, yoga and dance teacher, and fitness professional. Certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise since 2000, she has studied yoga for over 20 years and completed her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training though Om Yoga. Current studies include Practices in Embodied Teaching at The Breathing Project, Functional Awareness Anatomy in Action, and The Role Model Method.
