Elke Rindfleisch is a trainer, choreographer, and dancer. She holds a BA from the Dance Academy Rotterdam and is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. Previously she has worked at the New York Health & Racquet Club and is very happy to be on board with Tricia’s team now.

Elke's approach to fitness training combines her professional dance background, years of working as a personal trainer, and intensive studies of Yoga and the Feldenkrais Method. In addition to all off this, her one-and-a-half year old son keeps her up and running all day and inspires to ever new movement ideas.

The critically acclaimed dance works she created for her group Rindfleisch have been shown nationally and internationally. Through a more than twenty-year long physical practice, Elke was able to build a trusted knowledge, functional ability, and awareness of her body. And that is what she wishes to pass on to her clients and their unique bodies and needs, with benefits that reach into all areas of life.

Brouk Moves Founder, Fitness Expert, Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist.

Tricia Brouk (Owner) has been a fitness expert and wellness professional for over 25 years. She is a certified nutrition specialist and personal trainer. She specializes in one on one training where the client gets total attention without the distractions of a crowded gym environment. Current clients include both men and women, teens, older adults, pre/post-natal, special needs including; MS, congenital palsy, Parkinsons disease, stroke and post-rehab training.

Tricia is certified by the American Council on Exercise and American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists. She has a BFA in Dance from Stephens College, and is a certified Reebok Cycle instructor. She's a yoga professional and functional training expert, along with TRX. Tricia's expertise is based on her years of assement and design, and a deep understanding of the body. Tricia designs all her clients programs with their needs in mind. Tricia's clients have come to her before knee replacement only to post-pone the surgery indefinitly and with hip replacements only to jog again. She is also an expert contributor to Sparkpeople.com, the largest online diet and healthy living community.
